Happy Flower Friday! Happy color and flowers for the fierce joy dopamine hit! Yesterday I went to the new Pedro Almodavar film "The Room Next Door". The film was very serious and sober, but one of the 'characters' in the movie was 'color'. If I am ever hospitalized for a period of time I definitely want to wear delicious colors, have gorgeous flowers around me, and put on lipstick! None of that off white gown with the tiny pattern (bluh) for me thank you. Seriously, even though the subject was a sober one, the visual hits of color quite literally buoyed me along through the story. I mean, there was even a turquoise couch with red piping!!! Hello!
