When I take pictures ofmy back garden and the sky, or I take my phone in the pool and take a 'water level' pic, people often ask, "Is that THE REAL sky? Well I am happy yo report that it IS! it is this wonderful absorbing blue...and one of my favorite things is to float on my back and stare at it. Having lived for many years with lots of rain and gray skies, I don't think I will ever tire of the high, blue sky. Also fun fact: the color of water is determined by the color of the sky. I learned this when I was putting in my small pool. I had never thought a lot about it, the connection of sky and water. But now I can't get enough of watching it, seeing the reflections in it...trying to capture the broken-up surface and colors. FYI I took this pic whilst floating on my back! Hence my toes are in the shot! When I take pictures ofmy back garden and the sky, or I take my phone in the pool and take a 'water level' pic, people often ask, "Is that THE REAL sky?
