Here is the second 'paint over' that I did. It is VERY gestural...and you can even see by the brushstrokes, that are visible, that I was moving fast and not slowing down to think or worry too much. I find it helpful to think about other art forms...in this case very expressive dance moves, with some jazz hands thrown in for good measure!! I was just asking a few questions: Where is the leaf area, Where are the flowers, what is the direction of the light? And then I just painted that, sorta. Here is the second 'paint over' that I did.
