If you have hesitated to make art, or express yourself in ANY way, just jump in. Make a garden, sew something, keep a journal, paint, draw, write a letter to someone and illustrate it with little doodles. A five year old boy recently drew 100 animals as a birthday card for English naturalist David Attenborough's 99th birthday...do think they were perfectly, accurately rendered? No but they were charming AND an amazing loving gesture!! (BTW the little boy said it took him a full week to draw them all!)
