This weekend I was walking in Santa Monica with my grandsons and noticed this little pocket garden (long and narrow) and near the house were the coral colored version of my two blue Adirondack chairs! Well, I had to paint my chairs' 'California cousins'!! I kinda love that this painting is little and intimate...reflecting the small, intimacy of the garden.
