Okay, in college I worked at an herbarium where I mounted dried, pressed plant samples on archival paper. I also had to paste on the particular plant's genus and species. Why this particular plant has stayed with me all these MANY years...I don't know??? But, I still feel like this particular tree speaks "tree-ness" to me.
