Sailing into this weekend, I did these little studies under the influence of Fairfield Porter and collage with Peggi Kroll Roberts...and I quite like how they are simplified and chunky. They are just shapes and patches of color. Take a cue, it's getting hot out there, keep it simple this weekend.
