On this third one, I noticed how 'framed' the young boy is in the branches of the sycamore. This boy has an 'mane' of thick, red-gold hair. He really DOES look like a young lion cub. I like all of the 'mark making' in this painting, as metaphor for how each of us is destined to 'make our mark'.
