Media: Mixed acrylic and papers on deep canvas

This canvas was a struggle. It started out as a totally different painting that never gave me any pleasure. Finally, while going through things, I found an old greeting card someone had sent me. The colors were what made me keep it. Aha! Gesso and paint over the offending painting, start applying papers, more paint, then finally a piece that makes me happy. This canvas was a struggle.
