Last year, we drove from Texas to Acadia National Park in the top coastal corner of Maine. It was a glorious trip, the scenery was spectacular in all parts of the park. But we found this hidden pond on a road off the beaten path that was not full of tourists. I visited several times capturing scenes to paint on my return.
