When my mother had dementia she swore that she actually saw a man playing a piano on a horse. I've wanted to paint it for a number of years and decided that collage would be the perfect medium. A bit of history - My mother was born in The Netherlands (I was also), she loved Chopin, and her mother was a pianist in Europe.
