I took part in Leslie Saeta's 30 paintings in 30 days challenge in September. In addition to 30 paintings in 30 days I wanted to paint them all from life not photographs. It was great to experiment with technique and to paint different subject matter. This is one of my favorite paintings from the challenge. I love the textures, vibrancy and movement in this piece.
