This is a painting of wetlands near the Isle of Palms. It’s early evening and the setting sun is just kissing the water with the last light. Isle of Palms, one of my favorite coastal areas, is a narrow barrier island near Charleston, SC. Walking the beach at this time of year, you’ll see far more birds than people which I love.
