One of my favorite things is this view that I’ve painted so often on location in Maine. It was a sunny day, with a cool breeze, and huge clouds had scudded by leaving only these wispier ones remaining. This is a wonderful summer location from which to paint and one that I’m happy not to be visiting on this cold December day in the south.
