While in Maine recently, I was lucky to be treated to the sight of many clouds racing across the sky, with lots of sailboats trying to beat the rain. I love painting skies outside in the beautiful, sunny, cool weather even if it was a challenge to capture these fast-moving clouds before they exited stage right.
