The air was warm and the water was cold except where it became shallow and heated by the sun overhead. There were sea gulls lofting above in the breeze on the look out for someone’s sandwich or chips. Kids and dogs ran around everywhere, full of energy and joy. It was a beautiful day to be at the beach.
