I was saddened to hear this week that the poet, Mary Oliver had died. I’m so grateful for how Mary Oliver could articulate and illuminate life’s truths in such a beautiful way. Now, more than ever, in the midst of such sad ugliness, we need our poets, our musicians, and our artists. The title of this painting is in tribute to her poem, Journey.
