It was spring and freezing when during a visit with family we decided to get some exercise walking in a nearby park….which happened to be near the beautiful but very windy and cold Lake Michigan. Apparently, it is possible to be both freezing to death and also appreciative of the great beauty of nature. The wind that day whipped up great white caps all across the water giving the appearance of creamy froth on steaming cappuccinos which we wished we were holding.
