In just a few weeks, I hope to be walking here in this quietly magnificent place. It’s a beautiful beach that not only weathers powerful Pacific storms but also harbors starfish of all different colors and these wonderful, hardy trees and shrubs; it’s a visible reminder of how resilient nature and many of us are. We may be a little worn but we have weathered many a storm.
