The Grove of the States is a heritage grove of Doug Fir trees along with an arboretuM of one tree for each state, by the Wilsonville rest stop on I5 in Oregon. I stopped there on the way to a Plein air fest on the Umpqua River and spent a little time with the forest light. Originally painted in 2016, I updated it a bit in the studio just last week.
