This is a portrait of one of Steve McCurry's photographs. He is well known for his photograph of the Afghan Girl on the front cover of the National Geographic. I have permission from his studios to paint and sell my renditions with the understanding that he has these in his archives. This young girl caught my eye because of her wild hair and attitude. She was selected to be in the Art of Watercolour magazine as a Reader's Competition award winner! Arrives with matting, framed and ready to hang.
