Sleeping Mermaid is not at all disturbed by fish, octopus, or seahorses. She's sounding the depths of her own subaqueous dreams. Done from a live model at an art group session, and her dress just said "Mermaid!" to me, so I went with it, whimsy and all. Acrylic on Yes canvas panel.
