I painted this little painting on location at one of the day paints during the Steelville Plein Air event. It was such a beautiful, foggy morning. I set up and went right to work painting--knowing that the fog was expected to burn off rather quickly....it did. I think I had a total of about 30 minutes before the fog was gone. Hopefully it was enough to have captured the "feel" of that morning.
