My mom and I have started a personal challenge. We are trying to visit all of our state parks within the next two years. I'm going to paint at each one and blog about the experience. This is park #5 for us, the overlook at Gov Daniel Dunklin's Historic Grave Site. A beautiful view for a final resting spot. Overlooking the Mississippi River, we were blessed to have an eagle fly around above, as we watched the light start to turn in preparation of what would be a beautiful sunset.
