I spent a few days away, painting with a couple of friends--a painting retreat. It was perfect weather and we were starting to see signs of fall here. This was painting #2 on day 1. I was struck by the beautiful, lime green moss and the light hitting the tree. It didn't last long but the light, the breeze, and the quiet setting was perfect!
