Day 11 of my annual "painting a day" challenge. After looking through my reference material, I settled upon wildlife as my theme since I have accumulated quite a collection from my travels and hikes. So excited to finally get some photos of Gambel quail in the dessert in Arizona--that was on my "list" for the trip. Beautiful birds--fun to watch--the little "question mark" on their head bobbing as they run through the cacti.
