I found some little bass wood slices at a local craft store and decided to have a little fun on those nights I can't sleep. It was fun to do something a little different that I usually do. These are approx. 3.5 to 4 inches in diameter. They're painted on basswood with the bark on the sides. They've been sealed with Gamvar and have a jute hanging cord. They could be used as Christmas ornaments or just to hang anywhere you want to brighten your day with a bit of original art.
