Media: oil on gessoed cigar box lid

I found a tartan fabric pattern online for my box's sides whose colors were harmonious with my dogs' coloring. Many patterns were either too busy or too bold. I'm starting to accumulate a nice collection of boxes. My goal is to display them at the Fireplug 500 Walk for Animals which I've been asked to participate in on Sept. 27th.
