"Great information thanks for sharing . There’s so many apps to choose from this is helpful focussing on afee of them. I have not used any on my iPad and only photoshop express on my PC for basic editing . Will try out a couple and ask Santa for an iPad Pro this Christmas 🤣"

"Thank you for this review. I have Photoshop Elements but really haven’t done much with it except resizing photos of my work or changing backgrounds. It’s just too much brainwork. Sounds as if I might be happier with one of the others."

"Excellent overview. I ended up installing Infinite Painter on my iPad and agree with your points. Checkout Rebelle from Escape Motions. It’s only available for Mac or PC. No app yet."

I often use the layers and opacity adjustments to see what’s “wrong” with a portrait drawing or painting by overlaying the reference photo on a photo of my drawing.
Also for adding backgrounds or adjusting compositions."
