I am an impressionistic artist painting representations of our world in oils.  I attempt to capture the diversity and beauty of the land we live on, the eyes and souls of the animals and birds we share our earthly habitat with, and the beauty of all the little treasures that bring meaning to our lives.  Composition, value, and color are my guideposts.  I am painting because I have a need to.  My desire is to explore, study, feel, and form some connection with my subjects.  My hope is to brighten others’ lives with my impression of our wondrous world through my paintings.  I am thrilled to be sharing my work with you and hope you will follow along with me on my continuing artistic journey.
