Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Jenny Vargas and I am a professional pet portrait artist based in Southern California, United States. I've loved to draw ever since I was little, but I started painting in 2015. I used to focus on acrylics, but I discovered my love for watercolors in 2017. So ever since then, I've been focused on painting animals. I'm self taught (I never went to any art classes, or went to art school). Everything I know, I owe to Youtube.
About My Work:
I have been a professional pet portrait artist for 8 years now, providing watercolor pet portraits for people all over the world. I am incredibly dedicated to creating the best possible portrait of your pet that accurately depicts their character and soul.
Tools and Materials:
I work with the finest watercolor pallets, Windsor and Newton Gouche and Primsa colored pencils (for added detail) on Arches and Strathmore watercolor paper.
