After a 21 year career in floral design, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of an art career. The inspiration for my art is God's ever changing palette. I strive to capture the contrast of light and shadow on the landscape. I love nature and am concerned with what the growing populate is doing to it. The motivation for my art is imitating nature, in hopes that future generations will be able to see what once was the uncluttered Western landscape. The spontaneity of pastels affords me the ability to capture the colors and hues that are so powerful and brilliant in Wyoming where I now make my home.
