I have been in love with painting since birth, and my earliest memories include sketches, paints, and brushes. Although life put me on many irrelevant tracks and different jobs, I never left painting either in my thoughts or in reality. Born in Thessaloniki, I lived in other cities before settling in Katerini, a small city at the foothills of Olympus, the mountain of the Gods, in beautiful Greece. Retired mother of two daughters, I live now with my husband and our four adopted cats.

I never really studied art in an academic way, but I had the privilege to paint with great teachers and discover small, valuable secrets to add to my own creative expression. I have exhibited my work in four solo exhibitions, and I have participated in more than 60 group exhibitions, receiving excellent critiques. During the last couple of years, my dream started coming true, and I have the opportunity to paint more frequently, and I promised myself to never let this go.

Small paintings came to me as a habit that can easily fit into my heavy schedule and give me the pleasure of a quick result. Oil is my home, but experimentation makes us move forward, so I travel to other mediums from time to time.
