I love painting and have taken community classes and studies art books since high school. I am interested in diverse subjects: landscapes, flowers, still life, abstracts.  The natural world and especially wild landscapes are exciting subjects for me.

I am primarily an acrylic and mixed media artist, although now and then I create with oils or watercolors or delve into printmaking.

In 2022 I made 365 ACEO art pieces. (ACEO stands for Art Card Editions and Originals. I sell only original cards, 3.5 x 2.5). Most of these are "characters" I find in the initial paint application and enhance. I have continued making those and most can be found here at DPW.

Three poetry books and a memoir have used my pieces as cover art. I am also a poet and have been published in print and online journals and anthologies. A book of my poems and paintings, Her to Be Remade, was published in January, 2026, by
