Leslie Adelman is a largely self-taught oil painter specializing in still-life and plein air and studio landscapes.  She began painting later in life after having careers as a lawyer and law professor.  She is a proud Virginia native, mom of one son, and wife living and working in Charlotte, NC.  In addition to painting, Leslie is a docent and on the docent board of the Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte.  She enjoys giving tours to visitors of all ages to share in her love of art.
