Growing up in a small town in Austria I was surrounded by beautiful scenery and animals.
Finally in my late fifties I picked up a paintbrush and followed my passion.
I have been painting ever since.
It keeps me sane and puts a smile on my face.
My vision is creating paintings that show my love for nature and animals using color
and light.
At the same time trying to capture the emotion and feeling of my subjects.
After using acrylics for many years I have now discovered oils.
I like realism but I hope to become more loose with more expressive brush strokes.
I live with my husband and two cats in beautiful Northern California surrounded by gorgeous mountains and lakes.
