WILLIAM HOSHAL
"It's always been a dream of mine to paint," says painter and composer William Hoshal who draws influence from the worlds he inhabits, both musical and natural. "The time just never seemed to be there. At one point, I finally realized I needed to figure out how to make that time."

For twenty-five years, he has been a much sought-after commercial musician, composer and producer including over a decade as a staff musician/orchestrator/composer for the Walt Disney Company. Shortly after re-locating to the Sedona, Arizona area, that life-long desire to paint took over. Putting the life he had known on hold, and with the blessing of his wife, a photographer, he began studying and working on his own.

William is also a full-time film and television composer. His favorite time to paint is in the morning before composing duties start for the day. He just recently wrote and directed his first short film and is currently working on his feature film directorial debut.
