I couldn't get this scene out of my head from a photo posted on one of my favorite websites Casa Rosa. The lemons overhead created this feeling of being transported onto a beautiful Mediterranean courtyard somewhere in southern Italy. Then, the day after I painted this we saw a lemon tree on one of our walks in Maui!
