The fields in the Amish Country were very very dark, and the clouds were getting their strength... Was absolutely beautiful lighting and contrast that I tried to capture here. When you are dealing with the weather changing each second, you have to paint and memorize simultaneously... I thrived for the mood and the lighting in this painting, but not necessarily the exact details of each line... This piece will look great in your living room, library or hall way... Enjoy it.
