This tree was painted for the Daily Paint Works challenge page. This is a Paperbark tree and is a beautiful specimen that is admired by many and located at The Ormond Beach Art Museum and Gardens here in Florida. In other areas of Florida (the Everglades especially) the Paperbark tree is hated because it is so invasive. Termites hate it as well when it becomes mulch. I on the other hand love the tree and had a great time trying my hand at this colorful challenge.
