The color of this hybrid tea rose is called Brigadoon and it’s just gorgeous! I hope to make more art of them but next time it will be larger than this small one. Adding gold leaf was not only my way of representing the sun in this work but also a nod to the beautiful art of illuminated manuscripts. The price includes the frame (pictured).
