This painting was started outside in March. We stayed at a cool RV park off Route 66 on the Havasupai Indian Reservation in northern Arizona. This Shaggy Juniper was beautiful! So much character and texture. The weather was unstable and it was stormy off and on all day. The end of the day brought this crazy sunset that I tried to capture. This painting is framed and will be sent in a box for protection. This painting was started outside in March.
