A young lady in a feathered hat sits patiently while a lively kitten plays with the plume. An older cat ignores the whole scene. This is an old one I reworked: changed the face and clothing, added cats. Sometimes I'll let something that doesn't seem quite finished sit for a while-- it may be years-- and I'll come back to it with fresh ideas.
