New, end of 2025 oil painting on gessoed masonite hardboard. I made this to fit an antique oak frame we have restored here in the studio. This painting was made over time with multiple layers of transparent glazes. It differs from my usual "alla prima" style of paint application. It can be framed in the oak frame as originally intended or we can build a new frame in either a plein air or craftsman style-dark finish or gold leafed frame- ask for pictures New, end of 2025 oil painting on gessoed masonite hardboard.
