This painting was inspired by my trip to Glacier National Park. I LOVED that trip and will be returning for a painting trip next summer. I can't wait! The moutains were amazing and the color of the lakes was gorgious. I will be using this study for a larger oil painting. I already did a watercolor version of this scene.
