I painted this a while ago. It's a representation of breakfast with some strong early morning light coming in through the window. It's a tranquil, happy moment in time. I mean who doesn't like a warm drink and a croissant with marmalade? I've always really liked this painting and didn't list it for sale when I painted it as I wasn't sure whether to keep it, but it's time to make room for some other maramalade paintings!
