Let it be said. Flowers are HARD. I was almost scared to tackle the gerbera, even though I have painted them before, this one was a bit more of a close up so I wasn't sure how to tackle all the little details. In the end you just have to go for it and hope for the best. And the carnation I left until last but as it turned out, it was the easiest of the bunch. It's all part of my ongoing challenge. I'm not putting this up for sale just yet. Thinking of doing a little series so I'm holding on to it for a while while I decide. Let it be said. Flowers are HARD.
