I love seeing beauty in unexpected places. After taking a bite out of some corn, I was mesmerized by the bead-like quality of the kernels and the gossamer texture/shadow of the bite. I had to paint it. It was fun from start to finish. The corn was pretty tasty as well. It's summer; get yourself some corn! I love seeing beauty in unexpected places.
