I completed this painting on location (plein air) just off of the Coronado Bridge in San Diego, Ca. It's not always sunny and 75 degrees here, and the passing storm gave some beautiful clouds and atmosphere to the day. It actually started off quite cloudy and by the time I finished, some blue sky was peeking through here and there. The park near the Bridge is one of my favorite places to get out on location. There are views of the Coronado Bridge, the boats, the city, the small beach. I've painted here many times over 10 years or so. I love it!
