This is an old painting that I recently brought back to life by reworking some of the background area. The boots, which are quite outdated now, belonged to the gallery curator where I was preparing to have a one person show. I loved to paint shoes at that time so she loaned me her beautiful colorful boots. On the opening night she wore the boots and had fun posing for photos in front of the painting. This painting is on deep gallery wrap canvas and is painted around the sides. It does not require a frame unless so desired. It is wired and ready to hang.
